"Yesterday I needed clarification on a claim from where someone hit my car and we both happened to be State Farm insured. With one call to my agent Mr. Jeff he picked the phone up and called claims with what little detail I gave him and when he called me back 10 mins later he had already told claims the shop and my plans going forward he answered all my questions. Today I encountered a problem with the claims department about picking up the rental and that they weren’t trying to cover for the same size vehicle I have without me paying the difference out of pocket. I called the office again even though I’m not going through my own insurance coverage an Erica answered ready to assist in any way she could she called claims spoke with someone and got me what I needed. I’ve been with Mr. Jeff and his crew pretty much since I was 19 with a few missed years and they have never failed me yet!! Thank you guys"

"We live in a rural area. Unfortunately, my husband hit a deer on the way to work one morning. The State Farm team responded immediately with information and assistance. Our car was in the body shop the next day and back on the road as quickly as possible. They worked directly with the body shop. The process was quick and easy for us. One thing I did learn.... add auto rental insurance to your policy. We didn't have it and had to rent a car while ours was being repaired which resulted in a significant cost. It's totally worth the premium increase."
